Our Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations MUST be made at least 96 hours (4 days) in advance of your scheduled session time. If cancellation is made in less than 96 hours or you are a no show, your deposit will be forfeit and is non-transferrable, despite whether you plan on rescheduling or not. No exceptions. Only one rescheduling of your session is permitted.
